Admissions, Fees and Funding
Admissions Policy
The pre-school is an equal opportunities playgroup, which is open to all sections of the community. We operate a waiting list for general admission with the main criteria being:
- Siblings of children attending the pre-school;
- Children of staff members;
- Siblings of children who have attended the pre-school during the past five years;
- General admissions from the waiting list in order of date application received.
Please do come and visit us – we are always happy to show people what we can offer. To arrange a visit please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Please note we are due to close on Friday 15 July 2022.
Fees and Funding
A one-off non-refundable £50 registration fee is required for unfunded children. There is no fee for funded children.
As of September 2020, fees are currently £19 per session for unfunded children, payable half-termly in advance. Payment must be received by the first day of term at the latest.
Please note that fees continue to be payable if a child is absent. Each child's attendance at pre-school is conditional upon continued payment of any necessary fees. Please note that we require half a term's written notice of intention to leave the pre-school, otherwise a full term's fees will be charged.
Please note we are due to close on Friday 15 July 2022.
Funding
We are registered with the London Borough of Bromley for Free Early Education funding. Our opening hours are 15 hours per week but we are part of the 30 hours funding scheme and are able to offer funding for eligible children who use part of their entitlement at another setting. Funding is generally available from the term after a child's 3rd birthday.
Childcare vouchers
We are registered to accept payment via various childcare voucher schemes, which can be used for full or part payment of fees. Please ask for details.
